Rental Application Criteria

Please be prepared to pay the application fee as outlined in the property listing. In addition to the rental application, you will also be required to provide a copy of a valid form of identification and proof of income.

To complete the rental application, you must be prepared to provide 3 years of residential history as well as contact information for your rental references. You will also be asked to provide information on your monthly income, and please note the income requirement is a minimum of three (3) times the monthly rent amount.

EACH resident over the age of 18 must submit a SEPARATE rental application.

Application packages must be complete to be processed (1 application and fee per adult, all attachments included, etc.). 

Applications received after 3:00 pm M-F will be initiated on the following business day.


EACH person over the age of 18 who will be residing in the property must submit an application and application fee. Application fee is non-refundable.

Minimum credit score of 650.
Landlords approve breeds of dogs with additional security deposit or pet rent.(no aggressive breeds / dogs)
Applications with criminal charges/convictions will be evaluated on a case by case basis. 
Evictions will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
Satisfactory rental history required.
All properties are NON-SMOKING.
